If You Watch The Video You Can See The Baby is in Serious Thought Mode and She Has No Facial Expressions or Movements. A 'Normal' Baby Would Move and Jerk Their Hands, Feet and Body and Make Gurggling Baby Sounds and Blink Their Eyes, Not This Baby. This Baby Just Stared Blankly at The Mother and She Did Not Blink Her Eyes.
