Yesterday, I received the following message from a fellow UFO researcher responding to my and JP's 'possible' poisoning:

"In 2009, I got some mystery disease that affected me quite badly.

On the Open Minds Forum, I received a personal message from a new anonymous user, and the message was in Chinese.

He said that he had worked on classified projects in the UK and US that dealt with creating targeted infections that were custom designed using DNA to disable people. It doesn't kill them, but makes it harder for them to function, and drastically cuts the hours per day they can be effective. The diseases / infections are airborne. They can just be released in the vicinity of the target.

He apologized, saying he found out I had been targeted like that, and that that is what caused the internal infections I was experiencing. A check of the IP address of the anonymous sender revealed he lived in the same neighborhood as Arthur Neumann did."

What my fellow researcher was told makes sense given what the 1976 Church Commission revealed about the CIA poison gun program that could transmit all kinds of viruses that could kill. Due to subsequent Congressional banning of such assassinations, it's easy to understand how some of these delivery systems were later watered down to debilitate/slow down rather than kill.
